If you order, pay and send us correct artwork before 1pm your order will be printed same day and dispatched same day. Meaning you will get your pull up banners the following working day between 8am – 5pm.

Heras fence banners are designed to be easily attached to Heras fence panels using bungee cords or cableties. No special tools or equipment are required. All eyelets need to be used.

Yes, Heras fence banners are designed to withstand windy conditions. However, it is always a good idea to check the fastenings and make sure the banners are securely attached to the fence panels to prevent any damage. We always advise you use ALL the eyelets to help secure it properly.

The lifespan of a Heras fence banner depends on a variety of factors such as the quality of the material, the amount of use it gets, and the environmental conditions it is exposed to. In general, however, Heras fence banners are designed to be durable and long-lasting.

To get the most life out of your flag, it’s important to take good care of it. Here are some tips:

• If your flag is intended for outdoor use, bring it indoors or take it down during high winds (over 25 mph). High winds can cause tears and rips in the fabric.
• Avoid adding weight to the flag, such as snow or heavy rain.
• Choose a location for your flag carefully. Avoid places where it may flap against solid surfaces, which could cause tearing or wear.
• Wash your flag regularly to remove dirt and debris and prevent discoloration. Our flags can be dry-cleaned or machine-washed at 30 degrees.
• Make sure your flag is completely dry before folding or storing it. To remove creases, it’s best to hang the flag back on its pole.

Our flags are printed onto 117gsm Knitted Polyester with dye-sublimation process resulting in 80-90% show-through on the reverse.

The type of base you require for your base depends on the ground you wish to place it on. For instance, if you are displayed your flag on soft ground it is best to use a ground spike to anchor your flag to, whereas if you are placing the flag on hard ground it is best to use a water base. If you plan to display the flag indoors then a cross-base stand or square plate is the most suitable option.  

Yes your flag can be used indoors. They are designed for indoor and outdoor use. When using the flag indoors – we would recommend using a square base.

Embroidered clothing is a perfect solution for several purposes, the most popular of which being used by employers to give their workforce a strong identity and help to promote their brand.

With this technique when adding a logo to your garment via embroidery, an embroidery hoop is placed onto the garment and backing fabric is applied to the logo area. This ensures that the garment is secure while the logo is stitched. Occasionally, this process may leave a mark on the garment but is nothing that can’t be easily rubbed or washed off. The actual embroidery process is carried out by a computerised embroidery machine. Your logo is digitised and submitted to the embroidery machines. We use only ISACORD threads and industry leading embroidery machines to guarantee the highest quality result.

In terms of suitability, embroidery tends to work best on polo shirts, business shirts/blouses, aprons/tabards, jackets & headwear.

Our machine can print as wide as 5m and as long as 120m. So in theory the biggest is 5m x 120m. That’s huge!!

Any wider or bigger than this, we can still print, but we weld the banners together from the back.

Foil stickers are printed stickers, finished with gold or silver Scodix foiling. They are a great option for enhancing product labels and product packaging.

This does depend on our calendar and the size of the job. We will always try to fit you in quick as possible. Generally our books are full and our standard turnaround is 1-2 weeks. But contact us and we can see what we can do, if you need it quicker.

Yes, Both. We use state of the art printing and print direct onto the board using UV inks. Which means they will not fade in the sun and are fully waterproof. 

Builders boards (also called signboards and advertising boards for tradesmen) are most commonly used to be used on display when working on site or when you have finished your job to promote your work. Printed directly onto the correx material on state of the art flatbed printers, these boards are printed in ultra high definition with vivid full colour printing using fade-resistant inks. The kit is Supplied with 800mm × 2000mm double-sided banners printed on 740gsm blockout vinyl PVC with pole pockets top and bottom. The banner includes two wind-slits and two securing-eyelets as standard for continuous use in all weather conditions.

System comes as standard with extra-large jubilee clips for fitting to lamp posts. If you require wall mounting you will need to purchase the wall plugs and bolts of your choice separately from your local hardware store.

Very very strong, these will not rip. We weld the pockets. Many companies use tape, which in strong wind , they would rip. Welded will not rip in strong winds and will last years in all weathers.

Small, thin booklets consist of just a few pages stapled together with an ordinary office stapler and opened flat. With the pages in the right order and the outside cover facing you, staple firmly through the centerfold where the cover’s closed edge will be once you bind the booklet.

Stapled booklets are often also called saddle stitched booklets. Saddle stitch binding is a really popular method where printed pages are folded, gathered together and then stitched up the fold line with a sturdy metal staple.

Banners are intended for temporary signage. How long they last depend on where and how they are used. Banners used indoors will last many years. Outdoors the limiting factor will be how the banner is hung and the wind it is exposed to life span show vary between a few months and a few years.

If you care about the environment then our eco banner is the solution. Fire Certification For Stretch Polyester Fabric 

DIN_EN_13501 – Is a European standard that is an equivalent to M1

DIN4102B1 – B1 – German standard that is recognised everywhere but France

The fabric graphic is incredibly hardwearing – your artwork won’t crack, peel or fade and you can even machine wash the banner graphic at 30 degrees to maintain a clean and fresh look every time you exhibit.

In less than 10 minutes one person can easily assemble this fabric display stand. The frame is split into tubular sections which are secured by a bungee cord. Each section of the frame is numbered and slots into the corresponding part using a simple push-fit motion.

The kit comes complete with the steel frame, canopy, ground pegs, guide ropes and a carry bag for the frame as well as a carry bag for side walls. The whole kit weighs around 29kg when folded down. Feet weights can also be added – contact us for more information on this.

The Mactac LUV6301 laminate is made using a semi matt sand structure. This gives the sticker a rough texture and provides some grip. Like most non-porous floor surfaces, they can become slippery when wet and appropriate care should be taken. These stickers are class R 9- DIN51130.

Our floor stickers are guaranteed to last 3 months but may remain strong for longer if placed in a stable environment. The Mactac LUV6301 laminate helps to protects floor stickers from glare and daily wear and tear. However, exposure to extreme temperatures and ultraviolet light can cause floor stickers to deteriorate quicker.

Floor stickers can be applied to any clean, smooth, non-porous surface. This means that carpets are not suitable but most other indoor floor types will be fine. 

Window clings are printed on a material that can cling to either the inside of a window to be viewed through the glass, or on the outside of smooth glass surfaces. Printed with high quality, window clings can be made clear and translucent, feature opaque areas using white ink, or be entirely opaque printed on a solid white background.

Uncoated paper has a natural finish, identical to the paper you would use in a desktop printer at home and its perfect to write on

Gsm is the thickness of the material. 400gsm for example measures approximately 0.4 millimeters thick. 

Heavy duty banner is a much better option if you are going large. This material with stands wind much better and are less likely to rip or tear. These generally last longer by upto 50% Highly recommended if its a banner you are planning to leave out day and night.

We encourage our customers to let us know a time before collecting to allow us time to finalise the order so it’s ready to go as soon as you arrive.

A cost-effective way of attaching a banner to a fence is to use cable ties and then use the cable ties to attach the banner to the fence through each eyelet hole. It is important to use each eyelet to provide the best support across the whole length of the banner.

Most banners are printed in a landscape format, hemmed all around with punched eyelets. The eyelets are used to attach the banners to the surface on which they are being used.  The hems are a double layer around the edges which create strength to the banner and support the eyelets.

Normally the magnetic film does not harm vehicles. However, it may be that a magnetic sticker that is left too long on a vehicle can cause colour difference on the varnish. This because the UV radiation can not come under the magnet sticker that is pasted on a surface. When you paste it on a car it can cause differences in the colour of the paint. Therefore we recommend to change the positon or to remove the sticker on regular basis. 

No magnetic stickers can not be pasted on any surface. In order to make the magnetic stickers hold effectively the surface should contain iron, nickel, cobalt or gadolinium. Magnetic stickers can be pasted in the best way on a clean, dry surface.

A magnet sign is similar to a regular vinyl sticker, only the surface does not stick using a glue layer, they are magnets instead. Perfect for:

• Metal ground spike: The metal ground spike is ideal to place your flag outside on soft ground, such as soil. The metal ground spike is best suited for smaller flags. For larger flags we advise to use the parasol base
• Cross foot + waterbag: The crossfoot is very suited for a flat surface. The metal frame and waterbag combined result in extra steadiness. The crossfoot has a size of 85 x 85 cm and is 20 cm high.
• Parasol base (indoor/outdoor): The parasol base with wheels is the perfect reinforcement for your flag. Fill the parasol base with water or sand and it will stand firmly on the ground. The base has a size of 48 x 48 cm and a weight of 1.6 KG (without sand or water).

The flagpoles of a beachflag are made of fiberglass. Other companies use aluminium flagpoles, however fiberglass is the better material because of its robustness and strength.

Our flags are printed on one side as standard. This means that your logo is visible as a mirror image on the back. The print-through of our flags is around 95%.

Dibond composite aluminium sign. Top of the range Dibond is available in 3mm thickness boards. Dibond is an aluminium faced composite sheet with a polythene core making it very stable. It is extremely rigid yet lightweight and it high quality surface gives stunning results. Very durable 

Foamex is a type of plastic made of expanded PVC: particularly suited to direct printing, easy to cut to shape and light, yet also durable. Indeed, being plastic, it is waterproof and can therefore be used outdoors.

All out boards come in 6ft x 4ft sizes, which we then cut down to print. So in theory 6ft x 4ft would be the biggest size but you have to remember the transportation of this board, it will not fit in any cars or many small vans, so we normally always supply these in at least 2 section.

Correx is actually a brand name of corrugated plastic material, also known as polypropylene fluted board. The material is most widely used for estate agent signs and quick, durable outdoor signage. For more info on correx, check out our blog post where we talk all about it

The visible graphic area is 2 meters high. We do ask for artwork to include a little extra to ensure we can fit graphics to the stand.

Yes, all roller banners come with a easy to hold carry case.

Roller banners are on a spring mechanism, which is very easy to pull up and down. We also provide a supporting pole, which fits into the back of the mechanism to keep the banner sturdy when erect. we also have a handy video here showing you hows its done.

Waterproof and UV-stable, our Mesh Banners will continue to look great for years outdoors. We print our custom mesh banners using solvent print technology. The solvent print technology means your mesh banners are fade-resistant and printed in super quality, full colour

Mesh banners are made from perforated PVC. The holes in the PVC allow wind to pass through the banner, so it or the structure it is attached to do not get damaged.

All our pop out banners come FREE with metal pegs and a carry case, easy to install into grass. These also can be used on concrete but would need weighing down through the middle of them with a weight

Banners are supplied in a wide variety of sizes. Most cases they will be in a landscape format. The most popular sizes well sell are 6ft x 2ft, 4ft x 8ft, and 4ft x 12ft. When thinking of a size it is worth thinking of the following:

• The space you have to hang the banner. Choose a size that best fits the space where the banner will be hung.
• The amount of information being displayed – Banners are meant to be seen from a distance, so if you have quite a bit of information to display, choose a large size so that all elements of the design are big enough to be easily seen.

No sorry we cant, we also cannot print on the reverse side of an old banner
