Essex Banners premium cafe barriers with a chrome finish and high-quality fabric graphics with Stainless steel components with chrome finish. All come with a solid 350mm diameter base and includes a full Colour bespoke-printed graphic (either 1360mm/1860mm wide and printed either single-sided or double-sided) All our cafe barriers are printed on Display Polyester.
Either full kits or extension kits available. Full kits include two posts and two bases, and can stand alone. Extension kits include one post and one base, and must be joined to another post. Both single-sided and double-sided graphics include a pole pocket along the top and a pole pocket along the bottom. Each kit is supplied with two cross bars.
Double-sided graphics are finished with a blockout lining between sides to prevent light show-through. Double-sided graphics are finished with no visible horizontal stitching for a more seamless look than many other Café Barriers. This allows a design to make more effective use of the entire printed area. Each post collar allows the connection of four rails. This allows barriers to be joined at right angles (narrower angles are also possible).

These templates will help you create your design at the correct size, shape and proportion for the Deluxe Café Barriers, and are setup at 20% scale of full size.
Artwork Requirements
Artwork must be supplied:
- With all template elements removed (such as lines, boxes and markings)
- Without any crop marks or other registration marks
- Using the full bleed area
- Including both pages (even if they are the same design) (double-sided graphics only)
- With any fonts outlined
- With any images embedded
- As either PDF (preferred), AI or EPS format
