Where can you use custom pvc banners?

All our banners are hard wearing and printed using vibrant inks that won’t fade. This makes them ideal to be used wherever you need them.

Every order gets a free artwork check and a proof to approve. Nothing goes to print until you’ve said yes.

1. File type

PDF is best for the sharpest result, especially for text and logos. PNG or JPG are fine for photos and Canva designs. Got something else, like a Word document, PowerPoint or a phone photo? Send it anyway and we’ll tell you if it’ll work.

2. Size & shape

Design to the exact size of your banner, or the same shape (for example 2:1 for a 2m × 1m banner). If the shape is different, your artwork gets stretched or cropped.

Use our free template. It shows the exact size, the bleed area and the safe area.
Keep text and logos away from the edges. Edges are hemmed, stitched or wrapped round the frame, so anything too close can get cut off.
Roller banners: check you’ve ordered the same width you designed for (800mm and 850mm are different sizes).

3. Resolution (will it be sharp?)

Aim for 150dpi or higher at full size. For close-up items like roller banners, backdrops and tablecloths, 300dpi is ideal. Logos pulled off a website or social media are usually too low quality. If yours is, we’ll tell you before printing and help you find a better version.

4. Colour (will it match my brand?)

Screens show colour in RGB, but printers use CMYK, so bright reds, oranges and blues can print a little duller. For an exact brand match, send your CMYK or Pantone codes and we’ll match them. Deep blacks on fabric backdrops print slightly softer than on PVC. Ask us if a true black really matters for your design.

5. Made it in Canva or AI?

No problem. From Canva: download as PDF Print. AI-generated images often look great on screen but fall apart when blown up to banner size. Send it over and we’ll make it print-ready, or rebuild it if we need to.

6. Ordering more than one design?

Add each design to your basket separately and upload its own file. Then email us your order number, which file goes with which product, and how many of each.

7. No artwork? Not sure?

Send us your logo, your wording and any ideas, and our designers will put it together for you. Free artwork help comes with every order.

Get your artwork and payment to us by 11am for same-day printing. The sooner we have your file, the sooner we can check it and send your proof.

6. How do I install or hang my PVC banner?

PVC banners usually come with metal eyelets (grommets) or pole pockets for easy installation. You can use ropes, bungee cords, cable ties, or wall hooks to secure them to fences, walls, or posts.

7. Can PVC banners be double-sided?

Yes! While most banners are single-sided, we also offer double-sided PVC banners, which allow printing on both sides for maximum visibility. Click here for these.

8. Can I design my own PVC banner?

Absolutely! You can upload your own artwork or work with our design team to create a fully customised PVC banner with your logo, text, and images.

9. How long do PVC banners last?

With proper care, PVC banners can last several years, especially if they are stored properly when not in use. Regular cleaning can help extend their lifespan.

10. Do PVC banners come with hemming and reinforced edges?

Yes! Our PVC banners come with reinforced edges and hemming to provide extra strength and durability, preventing fraying or tearing in strong winds.

Every order gets a free artwork check and a proof to approve. We check the size, the resolution, the colours and the edges before anything goes near a printer. If something isn’t right, such as a blurry logo, the wrong size or colours that won’t print as you expect, we put the job on hold and tell you straight away.

2. We work to your deadline

Tell us when you need it and we’ll tell you honestly if we can do it, with clear prices for standard, express and same-day. Artwork and payment in by 11am means same-day printing on express orders. Left it late? You’re not the only one. Last-minute orders are what we do best.

3. A real person, not a checkout

Call, WhatsApp or email and you’ll speak to someone who knows your order. Not sure what size you need, or whether to get a roller banner or a step and repeat? No question is a silly question. We’ll give you honest advice, even if that means suggesting something cheaper.

Sharp print, strong materials and proper finishing. Before anything is packed, we check it’s the right material, the right quantity and the right finishing for your order.

Backdrops are rolled, never folded, so there are no crease marks.
Securely packed to arrive looking exactly as it should.

You’ll get tracking as soon as your order leaves us. Couriers aren’t perfect, so if one lets you down, we chase it for you. And if we ever get something wrong, we’ll own it and put it right. No excuses, no runaround.
