Whether it’s an event, a launch, a site opening or a big day, we know you’re not really buying a banner. You’re buying one less thing to worry about. Here’s what you can count on, every order.
1. Nothing prints until you’ve said yes
Every order gets a free artwork check and a proof to approve. We check the size, the resolution, the colours and the edges before anything goes near a printer. If something isn’t right, such as a blurry logo, the wrong size or colours that won’t print as you expect, we put the job on hold and tell you straight away.
2. We work to your deadline
Tell us when you need it and we’ll tell you honestly if we can do it, with clear prices for standard, express and same-day. Artwork and payment in by 11am means same-day printing on express orders. Left it late? You’re not the only one. Last-minute orders are what we do best.
3. A real person, not a checkout
Call, WhatsApp or email and you’ll speak to someone who knows your order. Not sure what size you need, or whether to get a roller banner or a step and repeat? No question is a silly question. We’ll give you honest advice, even if that means suggesting something cheaper.
4. Quality you’ll be proud to put up
Sharp print, strong materials and proper finishing. Before anything is packed, we check it’s the right material, the right quantity and the right finishing for your order.
- Backdrops are rolled, never folded, so there are no crease marks.
- Securely packed to arrive looking exactly as it should.
5. We keep you in the loop, and we put it right
You’ll get tracking as soon as your order leaves us. Couriers aren’t perfect, so if one lets you down, we chase it for you. And if we ever get something wrong, we’ll own it and put it right. No excuses, no runaround.
