File Format

File format must be either PNG or PDF.

Artwork Size & Ratio

Artwork must be sized to the banner size required or an equivalent ratio (e.g., 2:1). This is to limit any resizing of your banner, which could lead to stretching and pixelation.

Resolution

The ideal resolution of the artwork will be greater than 150dpi, but a lower resolution may be acceptable. We will double-check this for you before it goes to print.

Purchasing Multiple Items in One Order

If you are supplying multiple files for an order, please email us with a breakdown. This needs to include your order number and a description of which files are for which product. Where necessary, please specify quantities.

To guarantee next-day delivery on your order, you must place your order and ensure your print-ready artwork is approved by the Essex Banners team before 12:00 PM (noon) on any working day. This allows us the necessary time for production and dispatch.

2. If I need my folded leaflets next day, what time must my artwork be finalised and approved by?

For the next-day express service, your artwork must be uploaded, checked, and fully approved (by you and our prepress team) before the 12:00 PM cutoff. Any modifications or delays in artwork approval after this time will shift the delivery date back by one working day.

3. What happens if I place an Express Folded Leaflet order shortly after the 12:00 PM deadline?

If your order for Express Folded Leaflets is placed or approved after the 12:00 PM deadline, it will automatically be queued for production on the following working day. This means your delivery will be scheduled to arrive two working days after the day you placed the order.

4. What paper stocks and fold options are available for the Express Folded Leaflets service?
