Q: How long does it take to set up?

A: Setup is incredibly fast. Thanks to the tool-free “scissor-frame” design, one person can have the frame expanded and locked into position in under 60 seconds. The rolling aluminium tabletop then simply clips into the support bars.

Q: Is the table sturdy enough for outdoor wind?

A: Yes. Unlike standard plastic catering tables, this features a 40mm hex-profile aluminium frame and steel feet for a lower centre of gravity. For very windy conditions, we recommend using optional leg weights or securing the feet with ground pegs.

Q: Can I change the height once the table is set up?

A: Absolutely. The table features five adjustable height settings (from 654mm to 945mm). You can adjust the height easily using the quick-release clips on the legs, allowing you to switch from a standard desk height to a standing bar height without taking the table apart.

Q: How much weight can the table hold?

A: The table is built for commercial use. The 1.5m model supports 70–80kg, while the larger 1.9m model can support up to 120kg. This makes it suitable for heavy merchandise, catering equipment, or stacks of promotional literature.

Q: How do the graphics attach to the table?

A: We use a high-strength hook-and-loop (Velcro-style) system. The frame has matching fasteners that allow you to wrap your custom-printed fabric around the front and sides in seconds. This also makes it easy to swap branding for different events.

Q: Does it fit in a standard car?

A: Yes. When collapsed, the table fits into a compact, padded nylon carry bag (approx. 70cm long). It is designed to be easily transported in the boot or back seat of most standard vehicles.

Q: Can I use this table inside a gazebo?

A: Yes, it’s specifically designed to work alongside event gazebos. Both the 1.5m and 1.9m versions fit comfortably inside a standard 3x3m gazebo, leaving plenty of room for staff and stock.

File Format

File format must be either PNG or PDF.

Artwork Size & Ratio

Artwork must be sized to the banner size required or an equivalent ratio (e.g., 2:1). This is to limit any resizing of your banner, which could lead to stretching and pixelation.

Resolution

The ideal resolution of the artwork will be greater than 150dpi, but a lower resolution may be acceptable. We will double-check this for you before it goes to print.
