Are these banners safe for indoor events?

Will the light shine through the fabric?

While our stretch polyester is a tight-knit material, it is not 100% opaque. You may experience some light show-through if there is a strong light source directly behind the banner.

How are the banners finished?

We provide standard finishing, including hemming and eyelets all around, at no additional cost. Our expert sewists use black or white thread, selecting the best match to complement your specific design.

How do I remove creases from the fabric?

Because the material is a premium stretch polyester, any creases from shipping typically drop out once the banner is tensioned on a frame. Alternatively, they can be ironed out on a low heat setting.

File Format

File format must be either PNG or PDF.

Artwork Size & Ratio

Artwork must be sized to the banner size required or an equivalent ratio (e.g., 2:1). This is to limit any resizing of your banner, which could lead to stretching and pixelation.

Resolution

The ideal resolution of the artwork will be greater than 150dpi, but a lower resolution may be acceptable. We will double-check this for you before it goes to print.

Purchasing Multiple Items in One Order

If you are supplying multiple files for an order, please email us with a breakdown. This needs to include your order number and a description of which files are for which product. Where necessary, please specify quantities.
