What size PVC banner do I need?
Think about where the banner will be displayed and how far away your audience will be. For a shop front or event backdrop, 6ft x 2ft is a great starting point. For construction sites or larger outdoor spaces, go bigger — 10ft x 4ft or a fully custom size. Not sure? Give us your space dimensions and we’ll recommend the right size.
Are PVC banners waterproof and suitable for outdoor use?
Yes. Our 440gsm PVC banners are 100% waterproof and printed using UV-stable inks, so they won’t fade in direct sunlight. They’re designed for outdoor use and will handle typical UK weather conditions without any issues.
Do I need to provide artwork?
Not at all — our free artwork design service means we handle the design for you. Send us your logo, any images, and the text you want, and our team will build the banner. If you do have print-ready artwork, we accept PDF, AI, EPS, and high-resolution JPG or PNG files at 150dpi or above.
How quickly can you print and deliver my PVC banner?
Standard turnaround is 2–3 working days from artwork approval, with free UK delivery included. If you’re in a hurry, our next-day PVC banner service gets your order printed and dispatched the same day — place your order before 12pm. Local to Essex? You can also collect from our Hornchurch base.
How do I hang a PVC banner?
All our PVC banners come with metal eyelets and reinforced hems as standard, making them straightforward to hang using cable ties, bungee cords, or rope. Attach to fences, walls, scaffold poles, or banner frames. For large or high-wind installations, we recommend securing every eyelet.
Can I get a PVC banner printed on both sides?
Standard PVC banners are single-sided. If you need printing on both sides, we can’t print on the reverse of a single sheet — but we do offer double-sided banner solutions. Contact us to discuss your requirements.
What’s the difference between 440gsm and heavy duty PVC?
440gsm is our standard outdoor banner material — excellent for most applications, fully waterproof, and built to last. Our 550gsm Heavy Duty PVC uses a blackout (light-block) core for extra opacity and strength, ideal for long-term or high-traffic installations. Our 700gsm Premium PVC is the toughest option, suited to permanent outdoor signage and building wraps.
